  1. How far is the hostel from the center?

    Hostel is located in the very center of Prague, 300 m from the Old Town Square, walking distance to all the main sights.

  2. Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, we do – VISA, EC/MC

  3. Does the price include breakfast?

    Yes, it does.

  4. Does the price include linen and sheets?

    Yes, it does.

  5. Can we pay in Euros?

    Unfortunately we only accept Czech cash or credit cards.

  6. Do you have a kitchen in the hostels?

    Yes, there is a kitchen for our guest’s use.

  7. What sort of discounts can we get?

    Every 7th night is for free. There is a 40CZK discount for IYHF or ISIC card holders.

  8. Do you have lockers?

    There are lockers for each bed in the dormitory rooms. Private rooms do not have lockers. There is a safe deposit at the reception.

  9. Are the rooms provided with private facilities?

    There are apartments with private bathrooms. There are some 2-bed rooms with private shower.

  10. Is there an internet access?

    Yes, at reception, 2 computers available 24 hours/day for free.

  11. Is there a laundry service?

    Yes, there is, it is available 24 hours/day. The price is 150 CZK/load (washing and drying)

  12. Can we borrow an iron, alarm clock or hair-dryer?

    Yes, you can, it is available 24 hours/day from reception. Refundable deposit is required.

  13. Is there a curfew?

    No, reception is open 24 hours/day, so you can come to the hostel anytime.

  14. Is there a lockout?

    No, you can be in the hostel anytime during the day.

  15. What is a dormitory room?

    Dormitory is a room with 10-16 beds, mixed sex.

  16. Are there any rooms designed for disabled people?

    Yes, there is one room fully equipped with private bathroom and designed for disabled people.

  17. Are the 2-bed rooms with 2 single beds, or with a double bed?

    All of the rooms are with single beds, but these can be pushed together.

  18. Is there an age restriction?

    No, there is not.
